    Underage postings on the internet
My wife posted pictures of my daughter and her friend on her fetish website. These girls were only seventeen ( sixteen when pictures were taken ) and the site in question is for adults only. She put them on her profile to show off her corset work. She had other models on there as well but had blurred out the faces but the ones with my daughter and friend where fully intact. What are the laws governing the privacy and protection of minors exposed to this action.

On a site dedicated to adult only BDSM practicers. Terms of service for site even state no underage photos of any kind.

So you tell her to pull the pics immediately. Or complete to the site owners and have them pull them. She could be prosecuted for anything from child porn to endangerment of a minor or she could not be prosecuted at all.
