Losing weight
Heyaa =)
I have a few questions. First is AM I OVERWEIGHT? I ewigh 42.5 or so.. sometimes it changes and I'm 150cm. And I'm 13 and female. so ami overweight? Also what's a models diet. I want to eat like a model, really skinny and all also what is some good excerisses and stretches to do for losingw eight? I want to lose stomach fat.. a lot of people say I have a baby belly.. ew.. and I think I have sort of a double chin not sure.. haha! So yup really good excerises and stuff you can do at home which is good for losng weight and stuff to lose calories. Mostly what do I eat for a models diet? thanks xx |
