    Can I get a restraining order against my ex girlfriend if we have a child together?
    My ex-girlfriend and I have a 3 year old son together. She have destroyed my car, calls and texts me constantly and beaten on me as well. Can I get a restraining order against her even though we have a child together? She has custody of our son and even insists on being present during my visitation with him. She is doing this in hopes to get back into my life. Help me... she is NUTS!

    Yes you can get a RO if you can prove what you say. It will require that you setup a visitation schedule where the child needs to be transferred through a 3rd party.

    Do you have court ordered visitation/custody/support?
