    What is the procedure for requesting a pretrial conversion in a criminal mischief 2n class misdemeanor in the state of Alabama

    First you need an attorney to negotiate this for you as you can't do this by yourself as the prosecutor won't listen to you but will make a deal with an attorney. Does not matter what state you are in hire an attorney who can do this negotiation for you.
