    93 ford exployer AC dryer
How do I remove a dryer from my 93 ford explorer? It appears to be some kind of crimp fitting?

Get the part from your local store & see how that would connect. Your store also should have a special tool which suppose to spread the crimp and allows the tube to slide out. Its also possible somebody did aftermarket mod on the system. If that's the case, then may have to go to the pros

Thanks for responding. I took some searching, but I found I needed a Spring Lock Coupling Tool. Found one at Pep Boys, it took some wrestling, but it eventually slid off.
