If my landlord and I have an addendum lease extension submitted into the management office,and I have paid my rent to him, can the manager or any board members try to have me evicted because of a personal grudge that they have with me?( The manager made up a false complaint against me).

Of course they can always try, but will have to have a reason that will be accepted in court

Besides not liking you, what will be the legal grounds for them to file in housing court to evict you.

'Landlord' generally refers to the owner. Managers usually work for landlords. Board members - what kind of place are you renting? Boards usually mean co-ops or condo associations. And what state?
