I am looking for the low pressure switch on a 2006 equinox.
The clutch engages but quickly disengages. I have checked the freon and changed the high pressure switch.

You may want to thoroughly inspect that system. I believe there is only one switch that communicates system pressure to the HVAC control module and PCM.
Check for HAVC diagnostic trouble codes and review HVAC module data to ensure that the system is "seeing" what it needs in order to operate.

Low pressure switch [ 2 Answers ]

When the unit is turned on in the inside the outside unit is not responding. I believe it is low on freon which is preventing the low pressure switch from coming on. When this switch is pressed manually the unit comes on.
