Gaining citizenship of the US through marriage when brought against will
Me and my boyfriend of two years have a child together and we want to get married soon. The only problem is I am not a US citizen because I was brought from Mexico against my will by my parents. I was only 5 years old now I am 17 I will like to know what I can do to become a US Citizen without having to leave the US since my daughter is a US citizen and I would hate to leave her. Thanks in advance.

You need a GOOD Immigration Attorney. How do you support yourself, how did you get through school, if you are "illegal"?

How did you enter the US, from an immigration perspective? Did you enter with a passport or on your parents passport? Not asking about your consent.

I am sorry at 5 it was not "against your will" I am sure you were happy and glad to be with them. You were not kidnapped and forced to do anything.

And of course you don't have to leave your child, she can come with you to your home nation
