First of all, I am 19 years old and female. I feel healthy overall.My nipples are starting to get puffy even when they are cold they are rarely ever hard anymore when I am turned on. One side of each nipple is a little puffier than the other side of the same nipple on both nipples. They do not hurt, I am not taking steroids, and am not breast feeding (all of the answers that come up in google) I am also a vegetarian that may be lacking in B12 supplements along with other supplements (I just started taking vitamins) I recently lost about 10 to 15 pounds over the last few months (I've been a vegetarian for almost 2 years and nothing like this has happened) I am 5 8" and used to be 135lbs and am now 118/120 and am not very active anymore because of school and work. Could it be my drop level in physical activity? I'm getting worried and don't have the money to spend to go see a doctor. Maybe I should? What answers/advice can you give me? Oh yes, and I have a cigarette every now and then when a friend offers.. would that affect them also? It never did before.
