    Could I be pregnant
    Could I be pregnant a week after my period. I'm now facing extreme lower back pain,headaches on a daily basis and feeling really tired like I worked really hard.

    It's possible but highly unlikely. Of course, if your last period wasn't a true period but was "spot bleeding" it is more likely.
