Where does the father of the 4 children live ( is it the same father for all of the 4 ?)

With that fathers permission ? Or with the courts permission.

What does your current custody order say about moving ?
Is the father paying court ordered child support ?
Does the father visit the children

If you have joint physical custody then the 2 of you must come to agreement when it comes to you moving. He can fight you in court if he so chose to. If he is not in the children's life at all then it really doesn't matter. You should also seek sole custody if he is not in the children's life at all. Legal custody only give you the right to make decisions about your children without having to confer with him first. Hope this helps.

YOU would be able to move to GA. Whether you can take your children with you is another matter. If the father has visitation rights, then you have to go court for a modification of those rights. If the father isn't exercising those rights and you can document it, it will be easier to get. But if he is exercising those rights, then the likelihood of taking the children with you is very slim. You would have to get him to agree on a new schedule, like allowing them to spend summers with him at your expense.

If you move without court permission, then he can have you cited for contempt of court and possibly gain primary physical custody.
