Carrier model 58STX070- motor blower not functioning, regardless of setting.
No air is coming in through vents, regardless of heat or fan only setting. Turn off switch that powers furnace, and opened it. Turned it back on, you can hear humming, meaning power is going through. Status LED is on. Motor not moving, but feels hot to the touch.

Where would I locate the a switch on a carrier blower unit that is under the house. I want to increase it to HIGH if possible. It is a fully electrical unit, no gas. Heat pump is on the outside of the house.
