    Termination of Child Support payments
My youngest daughter is graduating from HS on June 17th. Her 18th Birthday is August 4th. My question is at what point does my Child Support Obligation end? Is at when she graduates HS or when she turns 18?

I have he NH definition which I will add, but I am not sure of the wording and punctuation so I am confused..

SO-4A [CHILD SUPPORT SHALL TERMINATE WHEN THE YOUNGEST CHILD TERMINATES HIS/HER HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION OR REACHES THE AGE OF 18,WHICHEVER IS LATER; GETS MARRIED; OR BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE ARMED SERVICES].

It will end at 18. If you notice there is a phrase "later" in the law. So whatever comes in last as far as turning 18 or graduating High School. Many children turn 18 before graduation and that is why that claus is in there.

If you are paying through an agency then you may want to contact them pretty soon so you can get the ball rolling on closing the case when the time comes.
