How to find a black and white movie I don't know the name of?
I'm looking for a black & white movie, there is a clock that has heads on it and as the hands go by it chops the heads off. There is also a girl that keeps saying I'm a lump I'm a lump I can jump I can jump. I think the movie is about mental patients.
