    What form do I get?
    What form do I get when I wining gambling slot machine. And I am a permanent resident alien. What I understanding is non resident alien get 1042-s form. And permanent resident alien get w-2G form. I!m be wrong. Can some one tell me. Thank you

    Your impression is correct; you get a W-2G.
