My question is related to Nikah.

There is a muslim sunni girl who has done nikah with a sunni muslim boy about 6 years ago but rukhsati is still pending and girl stays will her parents and no sexual touch has happened yet. He then went to Russia he was in contact with her through emails & phone but from last 2 years he was not in contact with her either through phone or email. So girl's parents were worried and decided to end the nikah in the mean time her parents met me and passed me for their daughter.
They came to our house and my parents went at the girl's house. While we were visiting each other home from no where that boy came back from Russia to Pakistan.
And now girl's parents are forcing her daugther against her will for ruksati and to continue the nikah.

My question to you are following;

1.) is it jaiz according to islam that girl's parents are forcing her daughter for ruksati?
2.) if girl want to have nikah with me what is the proper procedure
3.) is it allowed to girl in islam to take divorce from husband
4.) what if husband don't give her divorce?
5.) if I do nikah with her over her existing nikah is it posible?
