    HPLC profiling of bacteria
Hello I would like to ask how can I make a bacteria strain profiling using a RP-HPLC. I'm having a lot of problems because I always obtain the same chromatogram for different strains. I use different wavelengths but now I'm using 254 and 280nm with a diode array detector, with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile and water (0.05% TFA) a also tried different gradient with this mobile phase. I'm using also a flux of 0.6ml/min.
    Best regards
