    Divorce
Aoa, my questions are regarding divorce
    1) if husband says to wife that you are free from my side you can do any thing and go any where you want , and this was said when arguments were going on and wife was asking separation, but husband said I didn't mean divorce by this sentence and I just wanted to end discusion ! He totally refused and said he had no intention of divorce, at that time wife was having menses also and she was very irritable.now husband is not accepting that it is divorce what should wife do and if it is di orce then what will be the procedure of ruju?

    2) if husband says that if wife will not keep relations with husband family then he will divorce, but after some time he realizes his mistake and wants to take back this conditional divorce, what will be the procedure? At this time also wife was having menses.

3)*** also tell me can husband force his wife to keep relations with his family?and can he threaten her to give divorce if she doesn't do so, As he knows the fact that while keeping contact can create lots of fitnaas and fighhts and wife just want to avoid these situations.
*** do reply soon its matter of some one life and death. Jazakallah! My husband is fro ahle hadith fiqah.

During arguments husbands say thousand times such sentenses like get lost, go to your father house, measure your way! I don't want relation with etc etc but he denies any intention of divorce then what should a women do because these are common sentences which are said without intention of breakup or divorce. *** guide

I am one of the moderators, I would love to move this to a better location for you to get better answers,

I am assuming you wish to get a answer from your religious beliefs, not from general opinion of divorce.

But to be honest I can not be sure what religion this is, since you did not name a faith.

So are you looking for a religious answer according to a specific religious faith
