    Find Book Titles by Plot?
I am looking for a book that I read many years ago. It was a spy novel involving a Sleeper Soviet agent who is married to US Congressman who is activated by the Soviet Union when a rouge Soviet agent is going to bomb the United States - as I recall it was a site in Washington D.C. The Soviet Union sends a agent to be this sleeper agent's handler and he is a sadistic brute who forces this sleeper agent to sleep with him during the mission. I believe the title of the book was called "Earth Day" but I am not sure and can't seem to find it
