    Fastest way to obtain a visa
    I have a friend that working in hong kong as a maid. She is from Philippines. She wants to relocate to america to work doing the same job. What is fastest she can get a visa . Would it be fastest for her to get a tourist visa?

    It's my understanding that if a person enters on a tourist visa that's all she can do - be a tourist. She can also volunteer but NOT hold a paying job.

    You need to consult with an Immigration Attorney.

    If she wants to come and interview for the job, a tourist visa is all she needs, if she wants to work, she needs to apply for that.

    The fastest way, hire an immigration attorney to help with all of the filings

    First, please be more careful in choosing a forum to post in. You've posted two questions both inappropriately in the Children forum, both now moved to the appropriate forum. I could understand posting the question about child support, but this question has nothing to do with children.

    As noted a tourist visa doesn't help her at all. The fastest way to a visa is generally bribery, if that's at all possible and since its illegal we can't condone that here. If she was a work visa she needs to go through the proper channels.
