    Want to be a contortionist
    I want to become a contortionist.I am 11 years old does anyone know any safe streches one strech I did by put my leg in front and holding there my ball-and-socket joint felt like popping! Will it?

    You can't do these extreme stretches if you don't know what you are doing. If you feel something is wrong then you should not do it. Talk this over with your parents, your ambitions and have them investigate a special school where you can learn how to accommodate your muscles, ligaments and joints.

    Otherwise you will maim yourself for life trying to do contortions that you cannot physically accomplish.

    I know lots of stretches you can do that isolate muscles to obtain your goals. Make sure you stretch slowly and only hold each stretch for 2-3 seconds and repeating each stretch 10x. It will take a lot of work, time and commitment, good luck. I suggest take up rhythm gymnastics.
