Carb.choke sticking.
Poulan pro model #960420107/pb195h42lt.having problems with carb.on this unit.The choke is sticking.The butterfly stays open.I see that black lever that opens the butterfly has a spring on it but it dose not return the flap to close.Can this be fixed

I have a two year old 5hp Honda enigne on a Troybilt frame. When the choke is engaged, the engine starts on the first pull. After the choke automatically shuts off, the engine dies immediately. Repeating same thing happens. Will not contiue to run.
