    Red and swollen male urethra
    My urethra opening of my penis is red and kind of swollen, its been like this for a couple of days now- I'm a virgin, 14 years old, please help

    Go to a real-life doctor. No one can help you on the Internet. It could be something easily fixed, or it might be a big problem. It sounds like an infection of some sort that will need an antibiotic for healing.
