    Timing
    I need to know the timing for a 98 neon.someone put a new belt and I have spark from the coil pack but it doesn't want to fire.

    Was the timing belt replaced because the engine overheated? Did the old timing belt snap? If so, there may have been other damage to the engine. You may need to check each cylinder's compression.
