I'm a male, 5'3", 125 pounds, in pretty good shape, i havent hit any major growth spurts for as long as i can remember, i have started puberty but idk how far i am into it. im 50% italian 25% polish 12 1/2% finnish 12 1/2% finnish(idk if ethnicities matter its a myth i heard).

my dad is 5'_" and my mom is 5'_".

can i hit at least 5'10"?

How old are you? That is the key bit of information you left out, and the one that's most important At the end of adolescence your bone ends calcify over and no further growth is possible. If you are much younger then a possibility always remains. If you are 20 something now... its not going to happen.

Genetics play a factor in how big you might grow... but so does diet, exercise etc. throughout your life.

As smoothy pointed out genetics is the major player but influenced by lifestyle.

And even if both parents are short if there are taller people in their family tree , they would pass those genes on to you along with the others.
The chances you will get the dominant "tall" gene are diminished when both parents are short as in your case.

And as smoothy also said , age is a great factor. Few people grow taller after they reach early twenties but most will bulk up at about that age.

Being a good decent and honest person will get you much farther than just being somewhat taller. And these factors you control.
