    What happens next
I have been to court in nc for a discover card. I ask the attorney to show my original signed contract several times before court and they failed to do so. I told the judge this, he signed a paper and they showed me out. I am still unclear what happened. Later I received letters from the attorney for discover telling me to settle but no signed agreement. I called discover and they said they sell their lost accounts. What will happen next

He gave it to the attorney and he went out the back. I sat there in court for 20 minutes and the bailiff said I was dismissed the attorney had left.

He gave the paper to what attorney, the plaintiff's? You did not get a copy? Something is wrong there. You are entitled to a copy of any ruling made by the court. Go back to the court and ask the clerk for a copy of the verdict.
