I am looking to reunite with a book series that I loved as a little girl, and I'm hoping that someone can help me. I don't remember the author or title, but the fictional book series was through the Weekly Reader and may have been a Scholastic book. The series was about a young girl, whose father was a veterinarian, and this girl helped out at her dad's clinic, while also helping to raise her siblings and do household chores. She had a lot of pets at home, and I think she might've really favored a horse (not sure). I read this book series in the 1990's, so it was around the time the Babysitter's Club books were really popular too. And, if I remember correctly, the book covers were similar to the Babysitter's Club covers in colors and design. Can anyone help? I've searched everywhere I can think of!
