    How long they got to indict you for theft stolen intent
    Dey thre my case out on jan 31 now dey brought it back up I thought dey have 90days

    Where you already arrested and charged ?
    Was the case then dismissed ?
    Now you are being charged again ?

    They have till the SOL of the crime you committed.
