Can you make an old cars air conditioning system reliable
If I were to buy an old car or truck and the air conditioning was or wasn't working, would it be reliable like a new cars air conditioning system if you spent enough money on it? Or would you keep having to shovel money into it? I am thinking about buying an old truck (the truck that I am looking at is a 1997 ford f-250 4wd,but I will take any 3/4 ton that is in good operating condition)and it just has to have air conditioning (an option I don't want to go without) thanks. Craig.
