    How else do you do it if not doing it properly. You have to have accurate employee records with all deductions so you can settle up with your state taxes.

    You are kidding me, right ? Take a course in bookkeeping for your company business if you don't want a lot of trouble with the IRS and the State.

I have a payroll check that is about four years old and the payroll company says that they are in no way obligated to reissue me a check, and that the escheat laws only apply to government office jobs but that is not true. Who would I contact to help me on this problem?
