Hi could you please help me just got my blood test back and it is <5 which means what I'm confused am I pregnant or not

With a hcg of less than 5, you would be considered not pregnant. Since you are well passed your last expected period, it likely was an off cycle. See what happens when you expect your next period. If it still doesn't show, you could return to your doctor to see if a cause could be found. This will likely include some hormone testing.

But I had a positive pregnancy test and I have not bleed or anything so what is it then

When you had the positive, did you read the results in the time specified on the test or later? If you read the test after the time stated on the test, it may have been an evaporation line. If you read the results as directed, it may have been a situation where you were pregnant, but had an early loss, such as a chemical pregnancy. Many women will never even know this occurred.

See what happens when your next period is due. If you still don't have a period, try another pregnancy test.
