    Rare 90's Children's movie
    I'm trying to find out the name of a movie I watched a lot when I was younger. I can barely remember it but there's a young girl in a red dress I think that is having a birthday party? And she ends up in this magical place where there are sweets everywhere that grow back instantly and different non human characters and a rabbit that sings that song "nobody knows".
