How do I convince my mom he's the one, no matter what happened in the past?
My mom made me and the boy I adore break up because I'm 15 and he's 17. We are exactly 2 years apart cause we have the same birthday. What should I do? I hate not being able to be with him.

Well first, your parent sets the rules. So you need to follow those rules.

How long have you been with this boy? Why does your mother not trust you? What have you done to not earn her trust?

We may be able to help you with some ideas to help regain her trust, but you need to be COMPLETELY honest with us. You need to tell us the complete truth.

Possibly her parents are concerned because he's 17 and she's a minor?

Depending on where the OP lives, even though she may be under the age of consent, the closeness of the ages may exempt him from prosecution for statutory rape.

So we really need to understand the whole story to help.
