    Yes, it could get you deported from the US, if that is your question, depending on the circumstances, the State, whether it comes to the attention of the "Feds."

    Don't you have to report any misdemeanor or felony arrests (which a traffic ticket is)?

    I've been out of Customs/Immigration for quite a while and I know the rules have changed.
