I think I am being hauted by the devil because ever since I was five I have been seeing shadows move and in the dark a girl with black hair covering her face and head and she always wheres white

Why on earth do you think the devil has anything to do with that? If the girl is wearing white, that means she's good. The moving shadows are protecting you.
