    Penalty for parole violation
    A friend of mine got in trouble in New Jersey and was put on parole he moved to virginia and got a dui amd also ran from the police now he is in jail and was told that he will be trasnferring back to New Jersey for violating his parole could u tell me what penalties he could face when he gets back to New Jersey

    He can be made to serve whatever sentence he was originally given.
