This is townhouse and shower and toilet in basement backed up and a little flood with water.

I called the major plummer service, Rxxo Rxxter.

Technician came and he did sneak by manual from the horizontal pipe.
It did not go through so he used the big powered sneak and it worked.
The area it was clogged around 40 or 50 feet away. I spent $600.

Two weeks later, the same thing thing happened. It clogged and flood with water again.
But after I used dishwasher, then water flowed and I don't have problem.

Just in case, I called the same company since they are supported to be guarranteed.
But the different technician came and I was told that I have root grow into the pipe so you need to replace the main pipe between my house and city sewage.
And it cost money.

I argued this should be under warranty.
They said they can give me a estimate.
Now third technician came and he had sneak with camera.
There were no root glow and water flow was OK.

Then his sneak with camera stuck and he can't move his sneak.
Next day the technicial came with assistance and they said I need replace the pipe.
They showed me a price chart sheet and told me $8,000.
I told them I will have a couple estimate first and I will decide.
So their price came down to $4,500 if I decided to have them service.

But I still told them I will wait.
I received the phone call after they left and told me that $4500 is only good for today.
Price is go back up to %8000 tomorrow.

So it has been 3 days and the main pipe has hole with sneak stack and smell, too.

I don't know what to do.
I can think about a couple things.

When they use the big power sneak, they might break my pipe.

But now their pipe stack and they left it.

Since you had a tendency to blockage already, and there's really no way to prove anything, you need to face the fact that you probably should get some other quotes from local plumbers, who don't have a franchise with all the attending costs that make them so expensive. How old is the townhouse? Are there any trees along the sewer line? Do any other homes share the line? (And you own the land, as in an attached rowhouse - this isn't a condo management expense?)

I agree with Joypulv...

You are under no obligation to hire these guys, but you do need to resolve your issue (and return their camera/snake).

Time to get a couple local plumbers in and see what they can do for you. It is possible that a section of piping needs to be replaced... could be more needed here, too!

You can always call your city/town sewer department, too... may be able to assist you with some of this... ;)

The blockage was cleared at the first time they snaked about three weeks ago. This time they snaked with video camera and no blockage or root seen. But they claimed the roots which they never showed me.There is no HOA and I owned the land.
I called three local plummer and all of them does not work on the snake still left there.

I will not hire them but I want them to remove the snake right away. It has been there since Monday and today is Friday.
