Cramping & Bleeding Like I have my period

I try and have my period every couple months by skipping the placebo week but this time I had my period last month and now it's a week after I should have had it if I wouldn't have skipped it. Now I am having bleeding and cramping as if I have my period. Any idea what could be up?
