    Florida state probation law
If my probation is already violated, and I am out on r.o.r awaiting court, and I am arrested for another charge.. will that again violate my probation, or is my probation considered in "suspense" until I go to court.

It will be a second violation, and will be viewed much more serious since you were allowed out. They may or may not allow both violation hearings at the same time.
