Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Starter removal tips are needed
I have determined that my solenoid is OK and attempting to remove the starter. I have found the 2 bolts that hold it on but need a tip on how to get at the top bolt. I can see it but can't get a socket or wrench on it.

    Any ideas?

This a verical V twin on my Ingersoll Garden tractor.
