    Skin Problems
    Does anyone get rashes when they sleep on their face?

    I already have sensitive skin that has developed severe irritation over the past 3 years.

    No one has been able to diagnose it and I have to start paying for skin tests.

    I can only use water on my face.

    Now I get rashes when I eat chocolate but I Just keep breaking out in rashes and bumps and spots anyway.

    I notice this may also happen when I have slept roughly and sweated during the night.

    And also it may be my hair cream.


    Does anyone have any insight?
