    International divorce questions?
I am a divorced man, born in USA. There is a married woman born and married in Philippines and has a dysfunctional marriage. The laws of that country, the annulment process is laborious and expensive. Is there a mechanism here that were grant a divorce if she emigrate. Her daughters, her husband and voiced her wishes also. International divorce is not a common legal action I hear too much in the states.

Probably not. She needs to consult an Attorney in the Philippines.

Is this an Internet relationship with you?

US Immigration is VERY cautious when it comes to these situations.
