    :confused: my question is my boyfriend is in jail on a 3rd. Time domestic, the 1st. Time by me though. I didn't know it would go this far, but he hasn't been able to make bail, he's been in jail since dec. 07, I called the prosecuter to see if I could drop the charges against him, they said I couldn't , that the state had picked it up,and even if they did don't I have some say in this matter? P willis

    If they have evidence beyond your statement, they can proceed not only without your permission, but against your wishes.

    This is a good thing. Whatever he did, he'll do it again. You want to end up battered or even dead?
