    Difference between win2000 and XP
    Hi Team,

I have a couple of questions:
    1) Please Suggest me the main difference between Windows 2000 and Windows XP ?

    2) Please tell me the reasons if the monitor screen gone fully black. May it be a hardware fault or it is a software fault. If it is software fault then can u please provide me the name of some of the software.

    Thanks

    1. Windows 2000 was designed more as a "Workstation" and "Server" level OS. Something to be used in the Office environment, IT departments, etc.

Windows XP took the best features of Windows 2000 and made it more user friendly, more family/home use oriented such as adding built-in multimedia capabilites like My Music and My Photos.

    2. Why the monitor screen goes fully black, well, you need to give more details, it can be a software fault or a hardware fault.
