Just put a drive belt on tractor and now you can start it up but it dies. If you hold the brake on it will keep running. What is wrong?

Check and make sure your seat switch is still hooked up.

So you give me a bad mark because I didn't know the seat switch was unhooked , I didn't see were you made that comment.
STILL SOUNDS LIKE THE SEAT SWITCH WHICH IS A Safety SWITCH...

It is not fair to withhold information and then hold those who answer responsible. How could you expect DG to know you cut the wire? I see this is your first post at AMHD so you may not know the rules but you did violate them.

Sorry I guess I will not ask anymore questions since I am not sure what to write. As far as a bad mark, don't worry about it. If I don't know how to word a problem then I am sure I would not know how to I've you a bad mark. Thanks anyway for any help you might have given me.

Check the reo safety switch ,which is the one that kills it when you put it in reverse,
Is it dying like its under a load when you release the pedal or like its been shut off.
