Hi Im Akanksha,
I feel my dad almost everyday... As if he is there watching me the activities that I do . Initially I was comfortable with it , but lately I'm not. The love to feel him has gone and now at times I feel fear and scared. Its been almost 2 yrs now,but I still feel that there was little more that I could have done to save him.I did not cry much because I couldnot come in terms with reality. I wanted to speak to him wanted to touch him ,wanted to ease his pain, but alas couldn't do much . The question is why I feel him? Is it me that believes that I was not of much help or is he coming back to tell me something?

Well, whatever the circumstances were of his death... it's in the past. There is nothing you can do about it now and I'm sure he's not dwelling on it wherever he is. This presence you are feeling does not belong to his. It's very possible this spirit knows the guilt you seem to have and is taking advantage of you in this way. Human spirits do not remain on the hearth. This is NOT him.

There are many beliefs about what happens when we die.
What HH is saying is his belief.

Many believe that spirits can stay here sometimes .
The number of people who claim to have seen or talked to a relative or friend after they died is incredible .

And even if the majority can be shown to be delusions , hallucinations , or mistaken identification of many things,
There are those that look to be an actual meeting with the dead.

If you feel strongly about something at times your brain will "fill in details" of what it sees and changes it to what it expects see.

There are many possibilities and I think the best thing is to
Think about that and see if any of the possibilities may fit

I know how you feel about missing your father .
I miss my father also and would like to talk to him again..
And sometimes there is nothing anybody can do to help someone. It is sad but it happens.

And when you're used to having someone around you all your life , it is going to take time to not feel like he there.
He was there all of your life, this is a major change and you can make things easier at times by talking in person to someone you trust and telling them how you feel.
You are sad and it helps to talk .

Right now I don't think we can answer your question , but if we start to look into it I think we might be able to.

If this really was your father, it kind of makes you wonder how that feeling of comfort has turned to fear and being scared. Could it be that initial feeling of being OK with this spirit was just it's way of getting into your life? Something to think about my friend...

Not to sure... whether its him or some one else , but one thing is sure that feeling of fear is not why he haunts my mind but the feeling of why he is refusing to go ?

Because it is not him. Spirits don't stick around because they are confused how to leave. I'm sorry that this mainstream thought has polluted so many of us. It is just not the case. Once we pass on, we are in God's hands... and he is not confused where we go. There are spirits that will use the weakness of losing someone, or the guilt behind their death... they will use this opening to creep in. It is not your father.
