It was an older 90's movie, I think. It was animated, and it's lead characters are a brother and sister. I can't remember most of it, but I remember the oppening scene is a ciricus or a carnival is coming to town and it is walking down the street and there is a lot of fanfair, and the children want to go down. From there I can't remember how the plot goes, but I remember the children going to a magical castle, and there is this huge door, and the children the children open is and let this evil darkness out. I can't remember anything else, but if any of this sounds even remotly farmiliar, I would really like to know the name of this movie.

It sounds kinof like this scary movie that I've been looking for the title of. Somebody made me watch it when I was younger and it scared the pants off me. It started like that, then the carnies I think we're into some kind of satanic rituals... Really messed up... And I know that the circus scenes where all shot at the PNE in Vancouver BC because my brother-in-law worked there at the time. I could be totally throwing you off with the wrong movie... LoL:o

I know in "Little Nemo: Adventures in slumberland" there is a huge door in a castle and they let an evil secret out of a huge door.
