    Good quality food.

If you are eating enough of the right kind of food, mostly fresh unprocessed whole foods, quality protein, healthy fats and green veg, then cravings should not be an issue.

Mind you, I like this definition: "A craving is a temptation you are not trying to resist."

Omg me too! For some reason I keep wanting to eat junk food OMG = = How old are you? Okay I don't know if this works but I heard if u smell vanilla essence just a whiff of it.. it tricks your mind and it thinks your eating it which pangs your hungerness... Also just srsly grab a piece of fruit and clear ALL your junk food out of your house :D trust me it works. Xx

Eating small meals 6 times a day will keep you full and make cravings less. If you want to have sweets, try having dark chocolate. It is better for you and it is also known to curb cravings.

I agree about the dark chocolate, I'm not so convinced about the six small meals. This was originally suggested to help people avoid insulin crashes resulting from big meals full of sugar. If you are eating meals based on whole foods, this shouldn't be an issue.

The trouble with six small meals is that no-one has the time to cook six times a day, so what happens is you cook two or three good meals, and eat snacky food the rest of the time. And snacky food is usually high in sugar or calories or both.

Just eat healthily. Treat yourself now and again to crisps, chocolate or fried fatty foods. But don't consume them all the time. This should help stave cravings. If not go to your GP for further assistance and advice.
