    Homestead/Rent Credit Refund
    Does anyone know if a homestead/rent credit is mailed as an individual refund, or is it added on/included in your state refund?

    He is probably talking about NJ.

    This year, there is no standard rebate. It is computed by the NJ authorities based on your tax return.
