    How do I stop my brother and step-sister from taking my father's possessions?
    My father recently passed and brother and sister-in-law are taking everything inside and outside the home. What can I do to stop them from taking all his possessions?

    Petition to be appointed executor and, when you are appointed, take possession of the home. Tell them they are to leave and to return what they have taken. Notify the police &/or the court if they fail to comply.

    Is there a will?
